The TA project is mainly setting out to improve customer proximity through technological advances or digital platforms, avoiding unnecessary transfers to reach a branch. With this in mind, the current platforms will be redesigned to offer a better solution to the customer and increase their network of operations with the finance company, strengthening loyalty and generating an improvement in the quality of life of farmers. What’s more, tools will be implemented to help the internal customer automate processes to maintain response times and eliminate operational burden.

The activities to be carried out are:

1. Development of transactional websites and apps and new features of CORE ITGF.

2. Agricultural SME-oriented decision engine and CRM for the management and follow-up of interactions with SME customers.

The project supplier is ITTI S.A.E.C.A., which participates in the market of technological software for the financial sector with different products, including the ITGF banking CORE software deployed by Finexpar.

Project implementation is up and running.
