CRECER | Digital Transformation for Business Improvement
CRECER IFD’s “Digital Transformation for Business Improvement” project will develop the range of services it offers with a more competitive level of innovation, technology, automation and robotization to meet the needs of customers and employees.
This project fulfils a part of the aggregation of key actions aligned to the strategic objectives determined in the Institutional Strategic Plan 2021-2023 and in the institutional Digital Transformation Plan. In this way, CRECER IFD reflects a continuation of the actions underway in this area, adding others to meet demand and be efficient in the use of resources as well as in the convergence of efforts with a medium to long-term vision that allows added value to be gained by clients, staff and at the institutional level.
The first activity of the project, “Robotization of enquiries to information bureau”, has been completed within the timeframe set out in the contract. This activity has been implemented with the supplier XMS S.R.L. This first activity sets out to reduce the bureau consultation time from 30 to 6 minutes per loan, which has been achieved and is progressing along with the rest of the activities.
